Last month we took a bunch of the team down to Las Vegas to attend the Certified Contractors Fall Training Conference. Although we have had a busy summer and look forward to an even busier fall, we just knew it was important to stop everything and go to the conference and attend meetings and network with other contractors. Our goal was for each of us to come back home learning one or two new things that would help us do our jobs better.
You hear the old saying every once in a while you need to stop chopping wood and take time to sharpen your axe. Well, that is what we did last month and I know that we all came home a better team because of it.

Our week in Vegas wasn’t all work, we got to take one afternoon and go to one of the nearby lakes and spend the day out in the sun enjoying the water and do some boating.
